About Us
Quintin J. Ward – Founder & CEO, Top Motion LLC
Quintin J. Ward, a proud native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is the founder and CEO of Top Motion LLC, an outdoor solutions company built on resilience, responsibility, and community pride. A former standout basketball player at Susquehanna High School, Quintin’s athletic drive and leadership were evident early on. His skills on the court earned him an opportunity to continue playing at the collegiate level at Lackawanna College.
However, life took a dramatic turn when his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Putting family first, Quintin made the difficult decision to leave school and return home to support his mother through her treatment. To help with mounting medical expenses, he began doing outdoor maintenance work—landscaping, yard care, and property cleanups—channeling his determination and work ethic into every job.
What began as a way to help his family soon turned into a passion. Over the years, Quintin built a loyal client base through his dedication, reliability, and attention to detail. Now, with the foundation and resources to expand, he has officially launched Top Motion LLC, a Black-owned business that provides high-quality outdoor solutions and employment opportunities within the local community.
Top Motion LLC represents not just a company, but a journey—from sacrifice to entrepreneurship—and is driven by the same focus and commitment that once fueled Quintin’s athletic career. His mission is clear: deliver top-tier service, uplift his community, and inspire others through hard work and purpose.
